  • Demonstrate the ability to initiate successful new collaborations on your own over time.

  • Create compelling press materials, such as pitches, media kits, profiles, and talking points for various audiences.
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for external agencies and publications.
  • Serve as host for relevant journalists and other company guests at relevant events.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for BOTM to engage in culturally relevant trends.
  • Become an effective spokesperson and representative of the Company for external parties over time.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building skills; a strong existing professional network is a plus.
  • Strong project management and communication skills (both writing and speaking).
  • Ability to use data and financial acumen to inform decision making.
  • A flair for details, hospitality and a sense for what makes events distinctive and successful.
  • Deep understanding of consumer brands relevant to gen-z and millennial audiences.
