The Director, Field Marketing, develops, executes, and/or drives local/regional marketing strategies, plans, programs, projects, campaigns, promotions, and events while maintaining a consistent brand voice to build brand awareness, drive guests to the stores, and achieve profitability and long-term success/growth. This Director's team creates locally relevant brand initiatives and consumer engagement to drive volume, grow brand awareness, and to meet business objectives, while ensuring the local execution of national and local marketing promotions by operators.
