About the position

The Director, Field Marketing, develops, executes, and/or drives local/regional marketing strategies, plans, programs, projects, campaigns, promotions, and events while maintaining a consistent brand voice to build brand awareness, drive guests to the stores, and achieve profitability and long-term success/growth. This Director's team creates locally relevant brand initiatives and consumer engagement to drive volume, grow brand awareness, and to meet business objectives, while ensuring the local execution of national and local marketing promotions by operators.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute local/regional marketing strategies and plans.
  • Drive brand awareness and guest engagement through marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure local execution of national and local marketing promotions.
  • Mentor and guide staff towards achieving marketing goals.
  • Analyze marketing effectiveness and competitive trends.
  • Communicate strategies and goals to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, public relations, communications, business, advertising, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing, business administration, sales, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience developing and executing local/regional marketing plans.
  • 4-7 years of marketing leadership experience.
  • Retail, franchisee, and/or food service experience.
  • Experience leveraging social media to drive results.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in a related field.
