Reporting to the Vice President of Market Access, the Director, Marketing and Operations will be a key strategic leader within the Market Access team, responsible for leading access marketing initiatives and operational execution for Disc’s therapies resulting in appropriate patient access for Disc therapies. The role requires a strategic mindset, a collaborative approach, and a strong commitment to building a culture of ownership, accountability, and trust. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and tactics to engage and facilitate timely and appropriate patient access. Responsibilities will also include managing Market Access operations, which include analytics, cross function training, budget process and government price reporting.
