From creating compelling marketing plans to shaping our presence across all media platforms, your work will not only tell our story but also help more families access life-changing services. Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, client intake, and retention.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
  • Craft compelling messaging that resonates with families, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
  • Manage digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, website content) and traditional marketing (print, events, community outreach).
  • Analyze industry trends, client demographics, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with media, healthcare organizations, and community partners to enhance visibility.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI.
  • Directly manage, mentor, and provide guidance to the Marketing Content & Digital Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in marketing and communications, preferably for a healthcare services company.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team, including content creation, digital marketing, and team development.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Birdeye, LeadSquared).
