About the position

ICUC is the global leader in Social Media solutions for over 15 years. To date, the ICUC team consists of over 350 people, in over 35 countries, covering 50 languages around the clock. In an environment where the only constant is change, we create common ground between brands and audiences across communities and social media. Fueled by a unique culture built in and around meritocracy, we bring the passion, the know-how and the balance necessary to maintain the charted course we set for ourselves: to be the best, we employ the best. Are you ready to be part of the ICUC team? We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Director of Marketing to lead our revenue-focused marketing efforts and own the connection between brand, demand, and pipeline. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving measurable growth across the funnel — from MQL to SQL — while leading a high-performing team that's laser-focused on generating qualified pipeline. As Director of Marketing, you'll lead a growing team of marketers focused on performance, creativity, and accountability. You'll set a clear vision and cadence for execution, ensuring each team member is aligned to revenue-impacting goals. From campaign strategy to funnel optimization, you'll coach the team to think full-funnel — driving full-funnel conversion. You'll foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Product, creating a unified engine for growth. If you thrive at the intersection of marketing and revenue, love building scalable systems, and know how to translate data into action, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a high-performing marketing team focused on driving pipeline, SQLs, and MQLs across all stages of the funnel
  • Own and optimize our demand generation engine, with clear accountability for revenue contribution from marketing
  • Build and manage performance-driven campaigns across paid, organic, ABM, and email, aligned to revenue and growth targets
  • Oversee and optimize the full marketing tech stack — including HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other automation and analytics tools
  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations to ensure tight alignment on lead scoring, conversion rates, and funnel velocity
  • Establish marketing attribution models to measure ROI and inform budget allocation
  • Drive marketing analytics and forecasting, reporting on key KPIs like SQL-to-opportunity conversion, and lead velocity
  • Mentor and grow a results-oriented marketing team with deep accountability for pipeline performance
  • Develop segmentation strategies and lifecycle marketing programs to nurture leads through the funnel
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and continuously test new growth channels and strategies to maximize revenue impact

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in building business pipeline
  • 5+ years of experience as a people leader
  • Deep, expert level proficiency in marketing tools such as Hubspot and Salesloft
  • A native English speaker
  • Proficient computer literacy proven through work experience in software applications, spreadsheet tabulations, and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-haves

  • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Intense focus on driving impact through pipeline
  • Outstanding ability to share business performance using data and insights
  • Commitment to team success and growth

Benefits

  • A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits available to all permanent employees
