Reporting to the VP of Innovation Marketing, the Director of NAM Prosumer Marketing is responsible for defining and executing the marketing and communications plan to grow our position in the residential and C&I prosumer market. This role is a strategic business partner, customer insight and experience leader, adept at defining winning customer and partner engagement strategies across B2C and B2B segments. The Director will work hands-on with engineering teams and start-ups, and collaborate with marketing peers, go-to-market leaders, and company executives. The role focuses on the Prosumer NAM organization, leveraging expertise in energy management within eMobility, Home and Distribution, and Energy Storage lines of business. This includes integrated home energy management solutions (Schneider Home), commercial eMobility strategy and execution, and synergies across prosumer portfolio companies such as EnergySage, EVConnect, and Qmerit. The Innovation at the Edge organization aims to rapidly incubate new marketing strategies, understanding market, customer, competitor, brand, and business strategies for successful business development.
