About the position

Vibra Hospital of Central Dakotas is seeking a Director of Business Development to join our team. This position offers a $10,000 bonus and is based in Mandan, ND, at a 41 bed Critical Care Hospital that provides long-term acute care services. The role involves developing marketing strategies, supervising the marketing and strategy team, and managing client accounts. The Director will be responsible for business development plans, strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with state and CMS regulations. This is a field-based position focused on building and maintaining inpatient and outpatient referrals and admissions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategy and supervise the marketing and strategy team.
  • Manage client account management within assigned hospital(s).
  • Create quarterly and annual strategic plans.
  • Design and implement processes to support business growth.
  • Build and maintain inpatient and outpatient referrals and admissions.
  • Oversee marketing tracking systems and the intake process.
  • Maintain positive relationships with hospital management and clinical teams.
  • Facilitate business growth by working with clients and business partners.
  • Drive prospects and identify new customers and markets.
  • Prepare proposals and utilize strategic thinking for business objectives.
  • Train under the corporate business development team for advancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field required.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in marketing/leadership in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong background in client services and relationship management required.
  • Supervisory/leadership experience required.
  • Current, valid, and active driver's license required.
  • Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
