Upwardly Global is seeking an experienced non-profit marketing leader with expertise in social media strategy, online fundraising and paid campaigns. You appreciate the balance of technical expertise, data analysis and creative storytelling that digital marketing requires. Your primary focus will be optimizing digital channels to engage audiences and drive action through creative storytelling and compelling campaigns that integrate graphic design, video and copy. This role requires a hands-on and enthusiastic approach - you’ll be just as excited brainstorming ad copy as you are writing an SEO strategy. You will lead and mentor a small in-house digital team, including a graphic designer, and collaborate closely with the Director of Communications to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
