Reporting to the Executive Director for Enrollment Marketing and Communications, this position leads the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of all marketing efforts that drive interest, applications, and enrollments for American University’s undergraduate enrollment efforts. Partnering closely with Admissions, Financial Aid, University Communications and Marketing, and AU’s academic units, the Director builds integrated, data-driven campaigns that position the AU brand, amplify its value proposition, and meet annual recruitment goals. The Director of Enrollment marketing oversees the Assistant Director of Marketing in the creation of relevant marketing and communications content.
