This position will use a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to oversee and optimize the functionality of communication systems at Idaho State University. Utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the university's newly initiated digital communication and email marketing platform, responsibilities include overseeing internal and external communications campaign execution; data management; utilizing the platform to help drive marketing excellence and contribute to ISU's overall growth; coordinating marketing and organizational strategy between departments; reviewing metrics and analytics; providing guidance on marketing and project strategy across teams and campaigns; high-level planning and strategy; and working with Information Technology Services to support Salesforce.
