About the position

The Director of Marketing and Communications will lead the development and implementation of all college-level communication and marketing efforts while ensuring these efforts support the goals and priorities outlined by the chief strategy officer and senior administrators. This position will also build strong collaboration with college leaders and serve as the college's liaison to staff in University Relations to effectively advance the college's reputation locally, nationally, and internationally. This is an in-person position, some travel may be required. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
  • At least three years of directly related work experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
