The Marketing Director for Great Big Game Show is responsible for driving revenue growth across our locations by increasing awareness, bookings, and large group leads. You will develop strategies to build local awareness, increase large group leads and bookings, and position Great Big Game Show as a premier experiential concept and group activity in each of our markets. You will need to master the nuances of different regions, leverage seasonality, and craft campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. This role requires someone who can juggle priorities, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every location meets and exceeds performance targets. The ideal candidate understands how to make an experience discoverable, shareable, and culturally relevant online. Expertise in paid social, influencers, and organic social content is crucial to this role. As Marketing Director, you will also build and lead a small but powerful marketing team, focused on growing their skills and maximizing their potential.
