About the position

Corsair is a leader in Gaming and Streaming equipment. As Director of PR & Marketing, Gaming, you will be lead and oversee the global PR and marketing strategy for our gaming division. This role is responsible for driving brand positioning, executing high-impact campaigns, managing social media, PR, influencer/partner collaborations, and content initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will manage a multi-functional team and work closely with sales, product, and channel partners to deliver cohesive and effective marketing strategies across key regions. This position requires a strategic leader who understands the gaming industry, excels in brand storytelling, and can drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PR & marketing strategy for gaming, covering brand positioning, go-to-market plans, and campaign execution.
  • Oversee all marketing functions, including digital, social media, influencer/partner collaborations, content creation, and public relations.
  • Lead and mentor a team across marketing, PR, and content disciplines to ensure effective collaboration and execution.
  • Align closely with the sales team to drive marketing initiatives that support business growth in key focus regions.
  • Manage relationships with media, industry influencers, and key partners to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management, with a strong background in gaming or tech.
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming landscape, audience behaviours, and media/influencer relations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
