About the position
Amphenol is looking for a Director of Product Management & Marketing to join their aggressively growing HSIO Connector business. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic marketing leadership as well as driving the development of new products and customers. They will lead the business unit's Global Product Management and Marketing team to identify, develop, and capture business opportunities worldwide in conjunction with the global Amphenol sales and product development teams. This role is a result of the tremendous growth experienced by the High-Speed Connectors Division of Amphenol, and it is suited for a dynamic candidate looking for challenges and opportunities. Amphenol is a decentralized organization that makes decisions quickly and values great ideas.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Global Product Management and Marketing team.
- Identify, develop, and capture business opportunities worldwide.
- Drive the development of new products and customers.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis.
- Establish clear performance expectations and coach staff towards success.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.
