Director of Product Management - Endpoint Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead a team whose goal is to connect users across the digital workspace at Capital One with simple to use, delightfully enriched AI experiences that will maximize productivity for the entire workforce.
• Collaborate with tech, design and data science to scale and productionize AI and GenAI capabilities across the Enterprise.
• Partner with researchers, tech and science teams to bring cutting-edge Generative AI capabilities to Capital One.
• Evaluate, test, and develop proof-of-concepts for AI Safety technologies including Guardrails, Content Moderation, Cyber Security and Data Loss prevention.
• Develop short- and long-term strategies for our products and research areas.
• Lead teams of product managers to drive exploration and development of new products.
• Deeply understand customer needs, translating them into a long term strategy for impactful, secure solutions to help enhance productivity across the Capital One.
• Drive the business and technology roadmaps while ensuring alignment to the overall organizational strategy, risk and security policies, principles, patterns and standards.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management.
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, Retrieval Augmented Generation, LangChain, Guardrails, Agentic Workflows.
