One of our companies is currently looking for a Director of Product Management in the United States. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and execution of design systems that drive innovation in digital product design. You will be working at the intersection of CAD, machine learning, and operational workflows to build high-performance tools used across technical and clinical teams. The ideal candidate is a product visionary with strong technical acumen, a deep understanding of user experience, and a proven track record of delivering impactful tools from concept to launch. This position requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for internal design systems
- Lead product development in collaboration with engineering, CAD, ML, and business teams
- Translate user needs into detailed requirements to guide product development and iteration
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and user discovery to identify new opportunities
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Communicate progress, performance, and impact to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management, including full product lifecycle ownership
- At least 5 years in a senior or director-level product leadership role
- Experience building 3D or CAD systems; experience developing from 0-to-1 strongly preferred
- Strong technical fluency and ability to engage engineering on systems architecture and APIs
- Exceptional ability to synthesize user workflows into clear and actionable product strategies
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience driving cross-functional alignment
- Strategic mindset paired with excellent execution and project management capabilities
- Analytical thinker with the ability to make data-informed decisions and iterate quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
