About the position

We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Marketing to evolve Moloco's positioning, help articulate a platform vision, architect truly memorable moments from the product strategy, own audience targeting and market segmentation, and bring sales enablement and customer education to the next level for Moloco's Commerce Media product. Success comes in three core areas: Map customer and product insights to the revenue funnel to drive business outcomes, Create thematic product narratives that are differentiated, relevant, and compelling, Build targeted playbooks that improve sales effectiveness and efficiency. The best candidate is a strong strategist who knows how to develop, test, and iterate on a point of view. You love digging into markets and always ask who and why before what and how. You know how to appeal to discerning and vocal audiences, as well as stand out in a crowd. You'll work closely with the Product, Business, Executive, and Marketing teams, in addition to continuing to build and manage the Product Marketing function for Moloco Commerce Media.

Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in the retail media and commerce media ecosystem, including product needs, retail media technology stacks, and customers.
  • Understand what defines customer segments, who their stakeholders are, where they find value, and what compels their decisions.
  • Know onsite advertising competitors and strengths/weaknesses.
  • Differentiate Moloco's identity, romance features and products, and ensure they are communicated with user benefits in mind.
  • Support product prioritization by bringing market insights and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap and strategy.
  • Partner with BD to engage prospects to understand their problems/needs and help position our products the right way.
  • Support existing customer teams to enhance feature adoption.
  • Partner within the marketing team to develop digital campaigns, content, and event executions.
  • Be an advocate for the leading product in the market, driving Moloco's differentiation as a category authority in onsite monetization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Marketing experience in Enterprise products, with at least 3 years managing teams.
  • Proven track record establishing go-to-market processes and orchestrating feature and product launches.
  • Analytical rigor, both proposing marketing objectives and measuring results.
  • Excellent management and coaching skills, emphasizing outcomes-oriented enablement and cross-functional integration.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with past writing and slide decks required.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, linear, and holistic way.
  • Equal enthusiasm for and capability in research, strategy, execution, and measurement.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
