ARCO Design/Build has an exciting opportunity for an innovative, knowledgeable, and passionate Regional Marketing Director responsible for contributing to the growth of our operations in Atlanta, Charleston, Charlotte, Greenville, Jacksonville, Memphis, Mobile, and Savannah. Responsibilities

  • Acting as a trusted member of our leadership team in driving profitable growth for our firm
  • Conducting market research to understand regional trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to convert marketing intelligence into market share
  • Collaborating with external vendors, such as market research firms, promotional companies, photographers, videographers, and printers to execute regional marketing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with corporate branding and marketing objectives
  • Conceiving and executing print and digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with regional leaders, including business development, and market outreach to ensure alignment with overall objectives
  • Managing and orchestrating company trade shows, overseeing all stages to include selecting the right trade shows for our marketing strategies, overseeing booth design to include high quality visuals and branding, managing vendor engagement, creating compelling promotional materials, training staff for effective communication and lead capture, developing targeted networking and lead capture strategies, and managing post-event engagement and analysis
  • Collaborating with our Talent Marketing Specialist on regional recruitment initiatives, including efforts related to college recruitment and full-time positions
  • Work with and oversee our Corporate Events Management team to plan and execute client trips, industry events, outings, groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and other special events to drive consistency of our brand
  • Manage the ideation, content creation, and strategic implementation of an effective public relations strategy using various channels, such as press releases, social media, and events, to convey messages to the right audiences
  • Collaborate with implementation/support teams (public relations, communications, creative services, and digital marketing) in our ESOP and counterparts in the ARCO enterprise
  • Manage a marketing team to support 7-10 regional operations - 15 to 25% travel required

Requirements

  • 8+ years of strategic B2B marketing experience; Technical service industry experience considered a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Communications, or other related degree
  • Master's Degree in Marketing Leadership, Branding & Marketing, Strategic Marketing Management, or other related degree considered a plus
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Skilled in developing and implementing Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media advertising and remarketing, and programmatic advertising activities
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in marketing automation software (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Google Ads & Analytics, Hubspot, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools
  • American Marketing Association (AMA) and/or Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) Certifications preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Pardot, Google Ads & Analytics, Hubspot, or similar marketing related software
  • Experience leading, managing, training, and inspiring a team of marketing professionals
  • Expertise in utilizing data-driven solutions, technology-enabled processes, and online-mediated interactions with customers
  • Must thrive in a self-directed and fast-paced environment - being proactive in anticipation of business needs
  • Proven track record of utilizing progressive marketing strategies to create brand-obsessed customers in a target market
