The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans against a defined hotel budget to maximize revenues through direct sales, marketing, e-commerce channels, public relations, and community partnerships. This role involves a focus on enhancing the hotel's ecommerce presence, managing internet market and social media opportunities, and working closely with the Director of Revenue Management to implement effective sales strategies and pricing models. The Director will also monitor the sales team's performance, maintain relationships with key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving annual revenue goals.
