In this role, you will be responsible for performing revenue forecasts and win/loss reports that illustrate your team's overall performance against quotas. You will create sales campaigns focused on communicating and nurturing relationships with guests, driving repeat sales, and conducting market analysis to devise strategies for generating new business. Working closely with the National Director of Sales and Events and our Corporate Marketing Team, you will provide leadership in the day-to-day operations of the sales team while maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals. You will establish performance goals for the sales team and monitor performance on a continual basis, as well as develop or participate with Senior Staff in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan. Additionally, you will demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring, and interact with guests, especially at events, to check on the quality of their experience.
