12+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with a focus on SMB markets Analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into effective strategic plans Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth Experience leading and managing large teams, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results Communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders across a highly-matrixed organization Experience with Meta's product suite and global go-to-market strategies Deep understanding of the digital marketing industry and SMB needs Experience with marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and performance marketing channels
