Meta is looking for an experienced leader to join its Marketing Strategic Planning and Operations (SP&O) team, supporting the Business Marketing organization. The SP&O team unlocks collective, sustainable Marketing impact by shaping marketing strategy and plans, spearheading operational rigor, and evolving capabilities by leading key initiatives that drive impact. This role will lead SP&O for the entire Business Marketing portfolio, partnering closely with Marketing leadership and supporting a team of six. We are seeking a skilled leader experienced in driving complex cross-functional initiatives with executive stakeholders to positively influence business outcomes. You will demonstrate effective analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills, with a proven record of leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
