About the Role The Director of Performance Marketing will lead all paid acquisition and retention marketing efforts across the Fanatics Collect ecosystem, including Topps.com, Fanatics Collect marketplace, and live shopping platforms. This role will define and drive the overall performance marketing strategy, scale customer acquisition, and deliver against aggressive growth and ROI targets. You will be responsible for managing cross-channel media investments, developing rigorous testing strategies, and optimizing digital marketing performance across all platforms.
