The position involves managing all Service Products to optimize efficiencies, productivity, and velocity. The role requires updating Service Product Structures, going to market strategies, and scalability. The individual will manage the AIx portfolio, focusing on growth, improvements, and scalability in collaboration with partner teams. Responsibilities include owning the common modules roadmap and implementation post sPDP release, managing changes to the service product after release, and supporting or leading efforts and coordination between various intercompany groups to achieve cost targets and improve operational metrics. The role also involves facilitating intercompany communication, supporting partner teams with technical feedback, managing strategic vendor issues, and overseeing installation and warranty programs. Additionally, the position requires the implementation of component roadmaps, understanding product change management, and managing field service-related activities.
