About the position

The position involves managing all Service Products to optimize efficiencies, productivity, and velocity. The role requires updating Service Product Structures, going to market strategies, and scalability. The individual will manage the AIx portfolio, focusing on growth, improvements, and scalability in collaboration with partner teams. Responsibilities include owning the common modules roadmap and implementation post sPDP release, managing changes to the service product after release, and supporting or leading efforts and coordination between various intercompany groups to achieve cost targets and improve operational metrics. The role also involves facilitating intercompany communication, supporting partner teams with technical feedback, managing strategic vendor issues, and overseeing installation and warranty programs. Additionally, the position requires the implementation of component roadmaps, understanding product change management, and managing field service-related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Service Products to optimize efficiencies, productivity, and velocity.
  • Update Service Product Structures, going to market strategies, and scalability.
  • Manage AIx portfolio, growth, improvements, scalability with partner teams.
  • Own common modules roadmap and implementation post sPDP release.
  • Manage all changes to the service product after product release.
  • Support or lead coordination between various intercompany groups to achieve cost targets.
  • Facilitate intercompany communication to align on product strategies.
  • Support partner teams with technical feedback and improvement strategies.
  • Manage strategic vendor issues.
  • Support installation and warranty programs.
  • Implement component roadmaps including part obsolescence and cost reduction.
  • Understand product change management and control.
  • Manage field service related activities and system feedback.
  • Initiate and drive Continuous Improvement Programs for the product.
  • Support product prioritization and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years experience within specific Product family (Etch, CMP, etc).
  • Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories, and practices.
  • Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance.
  • Applies Service Product principles to grow product adoption and value.
  • Leads through subordinate managers of managers; executes segment/functional business plans.
  • Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems.
  • Negotiates and influences opinions at the senior executive level.
