About the position

If leading a strategic product for a top EdTech company sounds exciting, this may be the role for you! We are searching for a proven product leader to take our Creator+ product to the next level. You will be responsible for the commercial success of Creator+, the product strategy, product roadmap, and people leadership for your team. You will collaborate with design and engineering leaders to prioritize the roadmap and ensure successful execution. With deep experience in content creation and EdTech, you will confidently communicate with academic and business leaders in our customer community and beyond, learning from them, partnering with them, and demonstrating thought leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the revenue, attach rate, and market share for Creator+, while delighting customers
  • Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering leaders as business success includes delighting users and technical sustainability
  • Set the product strategy for Creator+, focused on achieving business results
  • Plan the roadmap for Creator+
  • Develop go-to-market plans and enable our sales and marketing teams
  • Articulate the value and the future direction of Creator+ to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor your team of product managers, championing a positive high-performing culture
  • Work with other Product Managers to ensure coherent offerings for our customers
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships to augment the product offering
  • Define, monitor, measure, analyze and report regularly on key business, customer and user metrics
  • Be an important part of our Product leadership team, significantly contributing to improving our Product Management practices

  • Has shipped successful EdTech solutions, especially focused on course and content authoring
  • Understanding of learning sciences

Nice-to-haves

  • Product Management leadership experience in B2B SaaS products across hundreds of customers and millions of users
  • Experience with content management or EdTech products; both is a big plus
  • Strong background in content engineering, learning science, curriculum or assessment
  • P&L ownership experience for SaaS B2B products is a big plus
  • Degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience
