Responsibilities

  • Lead our modernization journey for experiences that require expert humans in the loop to protect our customers from fraud and scams.
  • Reimagine our operational processes and leverage capabilities - including agentic automation, money movement, and messaging - to unlock self-servicing, speed, transparency, and accuracy for our customers and empower our frontline and back office associates to focus on the decisions that matter.
  • Build and execute a strategy spanning multiple operations teams that will unlock differential customer experiences and enable the Bank and its products to scale seamlessly, meeting its Operational Efficiency targets.
  • Build and lead high-performing, inclusive teams of product managers and extended teams of engineers, designers, strategists and data scientists.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
