About the position

ADP is hiring a Director, Product Management. In this role, you will be responsible for ADP Retirement Services' core capabilities that drive differentiation in the market. You have a relentless focus on delivering business value, while obsessing over efficiencies and unique capabilities that differentiate ADP from the marketplace. You have a deep appreciation for the complexity of payroll and money movement-and the creativity to make it simple and smart. You will lead and grow a team of 3-4 product managers and work closely with multiple ADP tech teams of developers, user experience experts, and others, in addition to clients and business leaders, to set the strategic product foundation to achieve market success. You'll also be accountable for something else significant: the uncompromising quality of our products. Your day-to-day will focus on setting the vision for several personas, while driving the roadmap to product delivery. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, your product management team, and clients to create easy-to-use, elegant solutions that present a seamless client experience. You will be responsible for taking what you deliver on your product roadmap into the marketplace. You will work with Operations and other key business leaders to integrate the products into sales plans and match your growth and market share targets. You will work with the Client Service and Implementation teams to ensure an effortless implementation process and client experience that results in strong client retention. You will collaborate and communicate with Senior Leaders and business partners to gain alignment and a consistent strategy across all markets.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver a vision and strategy working across functional lines and steering multimillion-dollar initiatives from inception to implementation.
  • Define product direction and prioritization, balancing long-term strategy, market and competitive trends, and client feedback.
  • Represent ADP at industry events, conferences, and industry organizations.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar initiatives with solid revenue performance.
  • Lead and build inspired teams that embrace change, continually innovate, and achieve performance standards.
  • Understand and reinforce a product culture and work autonomously.
  • Analyze client feedback, client voting patterns of product features, competitive analysis, and macro-level trends.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders, presenting product changes and updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
