About the position

The Director of Product Marketing is a key leader in defining and advancing Scientific Games’ marketing strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop impactful strategic messaging and content for our high-priority initiatives. This role is crucial for crafting engaging narratives that align with Scientific Games' brand vision and product messaging across sales channels, ensuring our internal stakeholders are equipped with the best possible tools to drive commercial success and market differentiation. This individual plays a vital role in enhancing our ability to communicate SG’s value effectively, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for high-priority topics and product launches.
  • Spearhead the creation of impactful marketing collateral, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Conduct thorough market and gap analyses to identify opportunities for messaging improvement and new product development.
  • Initiate, plan, execute, and monitor strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Serve as key marketing consultant throughout the product management process.
  • Foster strong partnerships with marketing team extensions within other departments.
  • Lead the product naming strategy and process.
  • Host product training webinars to enhance internal understanding of product content.
  • Stay abreast of consumer and lottery industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong focus on strategic marketing and content development.
  • Proven experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and managing complex timelines effectively.
  • Lottery or gaming industry experience preferred, but equivalent experience with another CPG will also be highly valued.
