We are looking for a product line director with a firm grasp of technology and delivering great products, focusing on the China and Taiwan Enterprise Market. You will be required to quickly grasp our technical product and market domains, and to command ownership of outbound product management and product marketing. A driving force who will help build and grow our business.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the needs of target customers for Enterprise Networking Solutions and translate into technical product requirements.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our competitor's solutions, help define our market differentiation and competitive advantage, write competitive analyses on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintain the collateral library and guide field sales on its use, including customer presentations, product demos, product data sheets, technical notes and solutions briefs, sales scripts, FAQs, videos and external-facing case studies.
  • Work with internal team on any technical issues brought by customers and drive to resolve them as fast as possible.
  • Improve Forecast accuracy by working closely with customer, sales and demand planning.
  • Lead and participate in outbound marketing activities including product promotions, industry events, trade shows, product launches, website updates, and joint marketing with partners.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10 years of relevant semiconductor experience with solid understanding of Ethernet switching technologies and dynamics.
  • Experience in silicon engineering and defining complex silicon SoC.
  • Proven ability to work in a team and cross organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to all levels of the corporation, internal, partner and customer.
  • Can-do self-starter with strong cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Strategic analytic mind who has had success in the conception and launch of new products with a good market/technology understanding & trends.
  • Demonstrated product life-cycle management across whole semiconductor product NPI process.
  • Knowledge and networking (Ethernet) components and overall eco-system.
  • Proven ability to create and drive a funnel with sales.
  • Proven ability to gain respect and work effectively with Engineering organization.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
