Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the overall product quality strategy across FOX DTC experience
  • Develop and implement testing plans that account for the full customer journey
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance product quality, performance, and reliability
  • Identify and mitigate product quality risks proactively across the product lifecycle
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure consistent quality checkpoints
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders about product quality concerns, improvements, and expectations
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure and improve product quality over time
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend tools, frameworks, and practices to evolve QA processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading product quality or QA teams for consumer-facing digital products
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and performance testing frameworks
  • Experience designing and executing testing strategies focused on the end-to-end customer experience
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams
  • Track record of identifying quality issues and driving resolution through structured process and leadership
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and product lifecycle management
  • Ability to synthesize data, customer feedback, and technical insights into actionable improvements

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with streaming media products or connected device platforms
  • Hands-on background in software testing or QA automation
  • Familiarity with observability tools and monitoring platforms
