About the position

SH Hotels & Resorts is currently in search of a seasoned and highly ambitious Director of Sales & Marketing, an extraordinary leader who isn't afraid to take calculated risks and develop solutions. This role requires a natural at relationship building and a sharp numbers person who can review and analyze department collateral, drive measurable results, and increase total revenue. The company seeks thoughtful, caring, and forward-thinking individuals who will inspire, collaborate, and strive to achieve the fundamental cause of doing all the good we can, using their hotels as a platform for change.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Compile data for the development of sales and marketing tactics, including goal setting and budget forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Management on competitive data and demand analysis.
  • Foster an inspiring work environment and engage team members effectively.
  • Analyze department collateral and drive measurable results.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in an upper upscale and/or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Expertise in hospitality sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record in team member engagement.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree.
