The Director Shopper Marketing Convenience Retail will report to the VP Shopper Marketing and will work closely with the Convenience Commercial leadership team. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams, eCom, Sales, Digital Marketing, and the Category Management/Shopper Insights team to develop and execute insight-driven, channel/retailer specific marketing solutions rooted in shopper behavior. The individual will serve as an expert marketing resource for the Convenience & Independent channels and will have Retailer-facing marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess both a marketing and sales mindset, focusing on delivering plans that drive topline growth. The Director will be responsible for accomplishing and reporting channel-wide goals to the Marketing & Sales leadership team, which includes generating channel and customer-specific annual marketing plans, joint sales & marketing plans, budgets, and pre/post promotional analysis. Leadership and guidance will be provided to the CR Shopper Marketing Managers in all aspects of traditional shopper marketing functions, retail media, planning, analysis, and execution to meet company goals.
