About the position

As director, technology & product communications for the Infrastructure line of business you will manage PR around key technical and product breakthroughs, broader market thought leadership, and executive communications, collaborating closely with product marketing and other marketing functions. Arm is the AI compute platform, with performance and efficiency leadership that is driving significant traction in the cloud and data center market. Responsibilities

  • Build and implement a global external communications strategy, working collaboratively across functions to support Arm's Infrastructure business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead on Infrastructure communications activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the product marketing and external communications teams across social, content and analyst relations to deliver robust external communications plans for key product and partner news moments.
  • Drive a robust executive communications program for the infrastructure senior leadership team.
  • Ensure Arm is on the most relevant and impactful stages, media, and at the center of key conversations in the market.
  • Craft strong external-facing narratives and messaging in partnership with the infrastructure team.
  • Create new angles for media and earned or owned content on the major themes relevant to Arm in this space.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with communications peers at key partner organizations.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key media covering the infrastructure space across business, mainstream and deeper technology media.

Requirements

  • An experienced and collaborative communications professional with excellent communication skills and media relations prowess.
  • Significant experience in owning and driving a comprehensive external communications program that delivers measurable results that tie to business objectives.
  • Experience in executive communications, from spokesperson coaching to building a program of media and speakership engagements.
  • Proven ability to build deep understanding of a specific technology and market, and comfortable translating between engineering teams and external audiences.
  • Strong media and analyst relationships in the technology space.

  • A passion for technology and a desire to own and drive a key program within an agile and ambitious team.
  • Strong existing media and analyst relationships in the data center and cloud space, across both business and mainstream as well as deeper tech.
