Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of multiple locations with energy and passion, ensuring the highest standards in service, quality, and compliance.
- Take full control of budgets, P&L, and cost management for each location to drive profitability.
- Focus on building, mentoring, and training your team to exceed expectations and foster an environment of continuous learning.
Requirements
- Experience in operational leadership.
- Strong financial acumen for revenue optimization.
- People-focused with a commitment to team development.
- Ability to be on your feet for up to 10 hours without break and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
- Ability to bend and twist frequently.
