Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in product development during the Technical Applications Group rotation.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Marketing Insights teams to support divisions during the Consumer Insights Analyst rotation.
  • Join a Brand Marketing team to develop strategies and activations during the Brand Marketing Analyst rotation.

Requirements

  • Able to participate in Diversity Leadership Symposium August 13-14, 2025.
  • Bachelor's degree completed by June 2026.
  • Majors in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Sales Management, Data or Business Analytics, and related fields.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous Co-Op/Internship or other practical experience in a CPG industry preferred.
  • Leadership in an extracurricular activity or organization on-campus or through professional experiences.
