About the position

The Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing will provide sales and marketing support to our communities, reporting to our Corporate Director of Sales to ensure that Sagora standards for sales excellence are in place and consistent for all communities. This position will work with community leaders, sales teams, and Regional Operations Directors to assist in driving sales for occupancy growth and providing training and support for Sales and Marketing Directors. Responsibilities

  • Assist communities and their sales teams to increase occupancy by implementing the Sagora sales and marketing process and training.
  • Facilitate occupancy boost by giving tours, conducting outreach, and making calls.
  • Evaluate sales trends, conversion rates, and the implementation of Sagora's sales and marketing program to each assigned community.
  • Facilitate effective and efficient sales efforts at each community in order to increase occupancy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Florida, either centrally located or near one of our six communities in the state.
  • Three or more years of multi-site sales experience, including selling responsibility for independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
  • Professional-level selling and marketing experience and knowledge that includes the principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and/or services.
  • Experience in marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales systems.
  • Consultative selling skills are highly preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the senior housing industry and its various senior living products.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers, including the ability to use Microsoft Office products effectively.
  • Proficiency in working with computer-based Lead Management programs.
  • Ability to work well under stress and complete assignments accurately and timely.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as a member of an on-site sales team.
  • High degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics.
  • Professional-level communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop associates.
