About the position

The position involves leading the definition and development of TCS's Travel Media Network offerings, which includes creating solution frameworks, use cases, and value propositions. The role requires conducting in-depth research into media networks, including ad tech ecosystems and branded content platforms, and advising clients in the travel industry on optimizing their media networks. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to develop tailored client solutions and represent TCS at industry events as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition and development of TCS's Travel Media Network offerings, including solution frameworks, use cases, and value propositions.
  • Conduct deep research into media networks, including ad tech ecosystems, branded content platforms, data monetization, and in-house media network models.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with media platforms, ad tech providers, content creators, and data platforms that align with TCS's Travel Media strategy.
  • Advise airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and rental car companies on creating or optimizing their media networks, including audience strategy, technology stack, and monetization models.
  • Collaborate with TCS product, technology, and domain experts to develop tailored client solutions and POVs (Point of View documents) showcasing media network value.
  • Deliver workshops, assessments, and consulting engagements to analyze client capabilities and define transformation roadmaps.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations in retail media, and evolving consumer engagement strategies within travel.
  • Represent TCS at industry events, thought leadership forums, and client meetings as a subject matter expert in travel media networks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles, especially in travel, hospitality, or adjacent industries (Retail, CPG) relevant to marketing discipline.
  • Prior experience in standing up Retail Media Networks for customers in North America.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect media strategy to tangible business outcomes (e.g., new revenue streams, customer acquisition, engagement).
  • Familiarity with media technologies and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work across global, matrixed teams and drive initiatives independently.
  • Passion for travel, media innovation, and enabling digital transformation.
