About the position

The GIANT/MARTIN'S Direct Click & Collect Specialist is responsible for providing support and direction to all GIANT/MARTIN'S Direct Click & Collect facilities to ensure that they are meeting or exceeding KPI goals. Additionally, they will be responsible for providing strong, positive, and proactive leadership and will be held accountable for 'total facility' activities across all assigned stores. This position oversees implementation of all updates, features, and enhancements deployed through Click & Collect ensuring stores have adequate tools and training to successfully take care of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving financial and operating results for the assigned Click & Collect facilities through oversight of budgeted items.
  • Creates effective business policies for the GIANT/MARTIN'S Direct Click & Collect facilities and supplies tools and support necessary to produce desired results.
  • Interacts with all areas of the organization to ensure timeliness of product, credit allocation, assortment advancement, quality of product, audit compliance, and protection of company assets across all facilities.
  • Oversees Click & Collect maintenance programs that encompass compliance with sanitation, product recovery, product reclaim, and full recycling programs.
  • Ensures Click & Collect safety and sanitation practices are in compliance with regulatory agencies and company policies.
  • Provides leadership, education and motivation to promote a culture of acceptance and one that reflects the organization's mission and values.
  • Drives innovation and creative thinking while aligning associate behaviors and overall Click & Collect cultures to properly align with the needs of the business.
  • Works closely with Customer Service Specialists and Store Management teams to implement effective training programs that follow a teach, show, and do method leading to sustainability of job excellence.
  • Works with Customer Service Specialists and Store Management teams to determine staffing requirements to meet business demand and effectively manage through peaks and valleys in volume.
  • Assumes overall responsibility for the integration of technological systems with core business practices such as labor and volume forecasting, payroll, time & attendance, and fulfillment to produce planned effect across all GIANT/MARTIN'S Direct Click & Collect facilities.
