Responsible for executing a variety of sales support initiatives from content development through production on behalf of the enterprise and business units.
Responsibilities
Works with Marketing CRM to understand needs of business units and determine most effective tactical execution.
Manages internal and external resources for development of marketing materials.
Develops content and proofreads printed materials.
Manages a wide range of marketing projects through completion within established deadlines.
Reviews brand usage in diverse applications to ensure consistency and adherence to defined standards.
Manages corporate sponsorships and customer appreciation opportunities.
Requirements
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
Certification is required in some areas.
Nice-to-haves
Understand Marketing Cloud Engagement and industry best practices related to email development and deployment.
2+ years of explicit campaign management experience and/or development experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
Candidates with HTML/CSS development experience.
Proficiency in implementing email programs within Marketing Cloud Engagement tool limitations.
Identify bugs/issues in HTML emails, resolving issues where possible and reassigning issues when additional review is required.
Work with other team members to implement/execute best practices and department processes.
