About the position

Personify Health is looking for a Product Manager, Engagement. This product role is focused on omni-channel communications to drive user enrollment, adoption, engagement, and retention throughout our Wellbeing and Health product lines. Engagement channels will include targeted email, SMS, and push notification campaigns leveraging Braze. This role requires collaboration across product management teams, coordination with engineering and data teams, as well as engaging with content and design. You are highly analytical and passionate about delivering high quality engaging experiences, and energized by working closely with smart, talented, and results-focused teammates in a highly interactive environment. You lead by using analytics, data, and research to identify opportunities that will drive engagement with our products, developing end-to-end experiences for these journeys, and measuring the effectiveness of your ideas via A/B testing.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive member engagement metric improvements, including platform enrollment and onboarding.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and communications teams to formulate engagement strategy and align with leadership.
  • Develop personalized, highly targeted and compelling engagement journeys across product email, SMS, and notification channels to drive engagement with our products based on a deep understanding of customer data, needs, and behaviors.
  • Design and drive the product engagement roadmap. Juggle tradeoffs and understand constraints, finding elegant solutions to complex problems.
  • Continually identify and implement improvements based on ongoing customer research, market/competitive analysis, and product performance indicators.
  • Work tightly with product, engineering, data science, design, content and other teams to identify, develop, and swiftly deliver delighting engagement experiences.
  • Dig deep into product performance and member trends with data science, product analytics and UX research to gain insights that inform which engagement experiences to test.
  • Implement A/B testing and other experimental techniques to help strategize and improve the performance of product campaigns.
  • Use existing segments and build new list pulls for engagement experiences using data from data warehouse.
  • Provide analysis of engagement A/B test results and recommendations for improving their efficiency.
  • Work directly in Braze to build campaigns, design templates, & define data mappings to support product priorities.
  • Support organizational change and governance to ensure the best model for our overall user & communications success.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience from different disciplines; especially product management, product communications, & product engagement.
  • Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate multiple complex cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.
  • Possessing the maturity and capability to interact and influence across multiple levels in a global matrixed organization.
  • Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills with customers, peers, colleagues and executives.
  • Self-starter with the ability to proactively identify opportunities and projects.
  • Analytical, with the ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data and defend decisions.
  • Experience crafting a product strategy and vision, and translating that into an agile & iterative roadmap.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microstrategy, and Mixpanel or other equivalent BI and marketing automation tools.
  • Healthcare / health tech & wellbeing experience is a plus.
  • BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience; STEM/technology background a plus.

  • Base compensation ranges from $80,000 to $90,000.
