NeuroPace is currently seeking a Sustaining Software Engineer to join our team in our NeuroPace Mountain View office. This individual will support manufacturing and post-market surveillance of NeuroPace software products, sustaining software development projects. This individual will need to be based in the Bay Area with the ability to work in Mountain View three to five days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Performing Cybersecurity post-market surveillance; evaluating CVEs, validating and deploying product Windows updates
  • Providing Manufacturing support; primarily Windows configuration and connectivity
  • Managing and supporting the NeuroPace software development environment
  • Learning concepts and following procedures for NeuroPace Quality systems, which are grounded in FDA GMPs and ISO 13485
  • Cooperating as a team member in software manufacturing and development support, participating in a productive team environment

Requirements

  • BS degree in an engineering discipline, preferably computer science or electrical engineering
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience as a software developer
  • Demonstrated competence in C, C++, and C#
  • Windows admin experience, including familiarity with Windows device manager, registry, and group policies
  • Familiarity with Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) and SOUP
  • Must speak and write clearly and unambiguously
  • Working experience in a team environment
