At Solutionreach, we are looking for a high-energy, motivated Enterprise Mid-Market SDR to focus on our vision-specific clients, think enterprise-level Optometry and Ophthalmology groups. Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to connection for enterprise-level Optometry and Ophthalmology groups, uncovering their needs and showcasing how Solutionreach can add value.
  • Work 1:1 with an Account Executive, building pipeline together and aligning efforts.
  • Own the frontlines of the sales process—primarily outbound outreach, but you'll handle inbound leads too.
  • Use tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, and HubSpot to identify, engage, and qualify top-tier prospects.
  • Be part of a tight-knit team that is all about driving impact, building momentum, and celebrating wins.

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise sales or working with healthcare professionals.
  • You know how to communicate like a pro with clarity and confidence.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
  • A natural ability to connect with people, uncover pain points, and build trust.
  • You can manage change, stay flexible, and roll with the punches.
  • Organized, meticulous, and great at following up without missing a beat.

Nice-to-haves

  • You are driven, hungry to succeed, and do not need to be micromanaged.
  • You are a collaborator who lifts others up while crushing their own goals.
  • You embrace coaching and see feedback as a tool, not a critique.
