Enterprise Risk Management & Finance Governance Manager

About the position

The Enterprise Risk Management & Finance Governance Manager at Airbus Americas, Inc. is responsible for managing all Central Enterprise Risk Management activities between Airbus SAS and Airbus Americas across the three divisions: Commercial Aircraft, Defense and Space, and Helicopters. This role involves spearheading the implementation and execution of the ERM process, participating in risk reviews at various levels, consolidating risk and opportunity exposure, and providing updates to top management. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for finance long-term planning and managing transformation projects, supporting the CFO in streamlining the US Finance team governance and accountabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Central Enterprise Risk Management activities between Airbus SAS and Airbus Americas.
• Spearhead the implementation and execution of the ERM process across Airbus Americas.
• Participate in risk reviews at various levels to assess progress and follow-up on mitigation actions.
• Consolidate risk and opportunity exposure for Airbus Americas, Inc.
• Provide updates on risk and opportunity status to top management and the CFO.
• Responsible for finance long-term planning and managing transformation projects.
• Support the CFO in streamlining the US Finance team governance and accountabilities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in project coordination or management in the aviation industry.
• Experience with international, multi-functional or division operational management.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience implementing enterprise Risk Management processes and managing company risk procedures and tools.
• Experience in managing projects to generate structured, business-oriented solutions.
• Up to 15% domestic and international travel required.
