About the position

We’re a fast-growing marketing and outreach firm seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team as Marketing & Outreach Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, event coordination, and public engagement. As a Marketing & Outreach Representative, you'll work on the front lines of live community campaigns and retail-based promotions, representing trusted national brands. Your role will focus on connecting with the public, building brand awareness, and creating memorable face-to-face experiences—no selling involved.

Responsibilities

• Represent brands at in-person events, pop-ups, and community activations
• Share key messaging to educate and engage audiences
• Facilitate interactive experiences that increase brand visibility
• Provide a friendly, informative presence at outreach events
• Track engagement metrics and assist with campaign reporting
• Collaborate with your team to ensure event success and smooth execution
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and team meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable engaging in face-to-face, high-energy environments
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed
