Entry Level Sales/In-Store Marketing

About the position

We are looking for motivated and talented appointment setters for our Entry Level Sales/In-Store Marketing positions. This role involves engaging with customers in high traffic retail locations to promote our quality home-improvement products and services. You will be responsible for initiating conversations with potential customers and offering them a free in-home consultation. We offer both part-time and full-time positions with flexible hours, including day, evening, and weekend shifts. Training will be provided, and no prior experience is required. This is a 1099 position, and there is an opportunity for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers who are shopping in the store as they pass by the Kiosk
• Discuss services/products including Kitchens & Bathrooms
• Establish rapport with members
• Offer Free In-Home Consultation, Estimates
• Schedule an in-home consultation with the potential customer

Requirements

• Sales Experience a plus
• Outgoing Personality-MANDATORY!
• Must be comfortable walking up to customers and engaging them in conversation
• Must be able to work Saturday & Sunday
