Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at retail-based promotions and pop-up events
• Interact directly with customers and community members
• Educate consumers on product features, services, and limited-time offers
• Track leads, customer feedback, and engagement using CRM tools
• Deliver outstanding customer service while increasing brand visibility
• Participate in daily team meetings, product training, and marketing workshops

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, friendly, and approachable personality
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Availability for evenings/weekends (based on event schedule)
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
