Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers at retail events and pop-up activations
• Promoting and selling products/services with confidence and enthusiasm
• Educating consumers on brand benefits and offerings
• Creating positive, memorable customer experiences
• Tracking leads and interactions using CRM software
• Participating in team meetings, skills workshops, and ongoing training

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable in fast-paced, face-to-face environments
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
