We are backed by legendary VCs and industry experts like Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic events team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key aspects of event coordination, logistics, and promotional material management. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and execution of events and trade shows, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate brings prior event or marketing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of trade show participation from pre-show planning through post-show follow-up.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics for events.
  • Secure and design booth space; coordinate shipping and setup.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for staff.
  • Develop show-specific marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize engagement, generate leads, and measure ROI.
  • Oversee the packing, transport, and unpacking of booth materials according to the event schedule.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of branded materials, promotional items, and trade show assets.
  • Manage the sourcing and ordering of custom swag for specific shows.
  • Assist Event Manager with planning, logistics, and other projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize various responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving supplies.
  • Must be willing to report to the office up to 3x a week.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic knowledge of events coordination and logistics.
  • Familiarity with event management software platforms (Cvent, ExhibitDay).
  • Experience in event planning or related fields (internship or volunteer work included).
