Event Marketing Representative

About the position

As a Brand Ambassador for Renewal by Andersen, you will engage with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and high-traffic community events. Your role will involve starting conversations, building rapport, and uncovering customer needs to generate high-quality leads and book free, in-home consultations for our sales team. You will educate potential customers on our industry-leading window and door solutions and use your persuasion and influence skills to encourage homeowners to take the next step. This position is ideal for driven, outgoing professionals with a passion for sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and high-traffic community events
• Starting conversations, building rapport, and uncovering customer needs
• Generating high-quality leads and booking free, in-home consultations for our sales team
• Educating potential customers on our industry-leading window and door solutions
• Using persuasion and influence to encourage homeowners to take the next step

Requirements

• A natural salesperson with a talent for persuasion
• Resilient and goal-oriented, comfortable handling rejection
• Strong communicator able to connect, influence, and engage with all types of people
• Comfortable in face-to-face marketing settings
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Willing and able to stand on your feet for 5–10 hours
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (event materials, display items, etc.)
• A growth mindset, eager to learn and develop sales skills
