Reinhardt University is currently accepting applications for an Events and Marketing Manager for Admissions. The Admission’s Events and Marketing Manager is a critical member of the Admissions staff and reports directly to the Director of Admissions. The Office of Admissions is a very fast-paced, high-energy environment that strives to meet the demands of a dynamic, growing institution and an ever-changing environment. Our team members must be flexible, positive and effectively adapt to rapid change. The Admission’s Events and Marketing Manager must be creative, service-minded and focused on providing engaging and memorable experiences for Reinhardt’s guests. Primary responsibilities include coordinating and managing all aspects of campus visits (in-person, on- and off-campus, and virtual) and Admission events, including highly visible open houses (Experience Reinhardt), scholarship signature events, and collaborative events with other University departments. Responsibilities also include creating promotional marketing materials for events as well as additional materials that may also be needed by the admission’s team. The position is also responsible for selection, training, and ongoing supervision of the Reinhardt Captains/Student Ambassadors. The person in this role professionally represents the University and the Office of Admissions to internal and external constituencies, and assists with admissions counseling as needed, to support the overall work of the office. Due to the nature of the work, weekend and evening hours are required beyond normal work hours.
